All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM CET are processed the same day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.

All items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in our branded box. You can include a handwritten note by adding your message at checkout.

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL Express.

International shipping is a flat fee of €25. Orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days, depending on the destination.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. DHL will contact you directly to collect payment before delivery.

We recommend contacting DHL or your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable charges in your country.

All international (non-EU) orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours (EU) or 48 hours (non-EU) for tracking updates.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on all full-priced bags for EU orders within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return shipment to reach us. Once received, returns are processed within 5 business days. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Guajii accessories are handmade by Wayuu artisans in the northeast region of La Guajira in Colombia.

Each Guajii accessory is entirely handmade by Wayuu artisans and produced in limited quantities. Depending on the size of the item and the weaving technique used, a single piece can take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to complete. This careful craftsmanship ensures that every item is unique and made to last.

All Guajii accessories are crafted from high-quality acrylic yarn, a durable, non-allergenic fiber known for its smooth and lightweight feel. Acrylic yarn holds color exceptionally well, allowing each piece to maintain its vibrancy over time.

One of its standout qualities is durability. It resists wear and tear, does not shrink or felt when washed, and retains its shape even with regular use. This makes it a reliable and low-maintenance choice. Designed to last, acrylic yarn is ideal for pieces meant to be enjoyed for years and even passed down between generations.

Guajii accessories are handwoven from durable acrylic yarn and are easy to care for.

Gently clean with a damp cloth for everyday use, or hand wash in cold water when needed. Reshape and hang to air dry. Avoid tumble drying, ironing, or harsh detergents.

Each Guajii piece is handmade, making every bag one of a kind. While the overall shape and style remain consistent, slight variations in size and weave are part of the craft. That means your bag will be uniquely yours—no two are ever exactly the same.

Our accessories are made in small batches, so some styles can sell out quickly. If an item is currently unavailable, there’s a good chance we’re already hand-weaving a new batch. Restocks happen regularly, so please check back soon or keep an eye on updates.

At Guajii, sustainability is at the core of our packaging and branding. All of our packaging is completely plastic-free and fully recyclable. For internal transport, we use reusable, compostable bags to minimize waste.

We also ensure that all paper materials are FSC-certified, meaning they come from responsibly managed forests. In addition, our paper is acid-free and printed with soy-based inks, which are a more sustainable alternative to traditional petroleum-based inks.
