If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on all full-priced bags for EU orders within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation policy - Right of withdrawal EU

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies (such as custom-made or personalized products). To exercise this right, you must notify us within the withdrawal period.

To initiate a return, please log in to your Account and submit your request through the Orders section.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Due to limited stock, exchanges are not available.
International orders are not eligible for return.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers.

Refunds

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return shipment to reach us. Once received, returns are processed within 5 business days.

After processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
