We accept returns from customers within the European Union within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Returns & right of withdrawal EU

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, unless an exception applies—for example, for custom-made or personalized products. To exercise this right, please notify us within the withdrawal period. 

To create a return, please log in to your Account, go to Orders, and select the item you'd like to return

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

• Due to limited stock, exchanges are not available.

• Orders shipped outside the EU are not eligible for return.

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

• We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers.

Refunds (EU orders)

EU returns take 1–2 weeks to reach us and are processed within 5 business days of arrival. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
