Shipping

Guajii offers complimentary shipping on all EU orders, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days via secure UPS or DHL services.

For orders outside the EU, a flat shipping fee of €25 applies. International deliveries are handled by DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM CET are processed the same day; orders placed after this time are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the following business day.

Shipping times shown at checkout do not include processing time.

Shipping and Duties for Orders Outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may cause delays.

International Orders Outside the EU

International orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping provider prior to delivery. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in delays.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for EU shipments or 48 hours for non-EU shipments for tracking updates to appear.

Liability and Delays

Once your package has been handed over to UPS or DHL, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier until delivery is completed. After a package is marked as delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

In the event of a missing package, claims must be filed directly with the courier. Guajii is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
