Shipping

Guajii offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the EU. Orders are delivered via secure UPS or DHL services, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.

For orders outside the EU, a flat shipping fee of €25 applies. International deliveries are handled by DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET are processed the same business day, while orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please note that shipping times shown at checkout do not include order processing time.

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees for orders outside the EU

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Import duties and taxes vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend reviewing the customs regulations of your destination country before placing an order.

Tracking & delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for EU shipments or 48 hours for non-EU shipments for tracking updates to appear.

Liability & delivery delays

Responsibility for a shipment transfers to UPS or DHL once the package has been handed over to the courier and remains with the courier until delivery is completed. After a package is marked as delivered, Guajii is no longer responsible for its safekeeping.

For missing packages, claims must be submitted directly to the courier. Guajii is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
