Shipping & Returns

Guajii offers complimentary shipping on all EU orders, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days via secure UPS or DHL services.For orders outside the EU, a flat shipping fee of €25 applies. International deliveries are handled by DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days.
International orders (Outside the EU) may be subject to taxes and duties by the country of import. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged by the shipping provider prior to delivery. Payment of these is necessary to release your package from customs. Prices displayed on our website do not include these taxes and duties.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on all full-priced bags for EU orders within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please log in to your Account and submit your request through the Orders section.
