Caring for your Guajii piece
Guajii accessories are crafted from durable acrylic yarn, designed to be beautiful, long-lasting, and easy to care for.
To preserve the color, shape, and texture of your handmade piece:
- Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle.
- Lay flat or hang to line dry.
- Avoid tumble drying, dry cleaning, ironing, and bleach.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Guajii offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the EU. Orders are delivered via secure UPS or DHL services, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.
For orders outside the EU, a flat shipping fee of €25 applies. International deliveries are handled by DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days.
Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
